This Privacy Policy describes how Nexsend ("we", "our", "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website (nexsend.io) and services (the "Service").

• Subscribe to our early access waitlist (email address only)

• Use the Service (campaign data, leads, settings, authentication tokens)

We also automatically collect limited technical information including IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed to maintain security and improve the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send transactional emails (verification, magic link, password reset, welcome, product notifications)

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. After account deletion, we retain anonymized usage statistics indefinitely and personal data for 30 days for backup recovery, after which it is permanently deleted unless required by law.

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and security. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies on this website.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
