Welcome to Nexsend. By accessing or using our website (nexsend.io) and any related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.
Nexsend provides a software-as-a-service platform for B2B sales outreach automation, including AI-assisted campaign creation, lead research, and email infrastructure management. The Service is currently in private beta and features may change.
To access the Service you must create an account by providing accurate information including a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activity under your account.

By creating an account, you consent to receive transactional emails from Nexsend, including but not limited to: email verification messages, magic link authentication, password reset notifications, welcome emails, and product-related notifications about your account. These communications are necessary for the operation of the Service.
You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). You grant Nexsend a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
During the private beta, the Service may be offered free of charge or with limited usage. Once general availability is reached, paid plans will be introduced with pricing communicated in advance. You authorize Nexsend to charge your designated payment method for any applicable fees.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@nexsend.io. Nexsend may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or as required by law.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. Nexsend does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nexsend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
